Wow! I almost forgot about blogging, it's been in the back of my mind, and as soon as I got this opportunity I just had to jump on it.
Well... What's Up?
A lot's been going on lately. It's all been a blur, but I'll try to recall whats been happening.
Well first of all,
TWO PEOPLE AT MY SCHOOL WERE STABBED AND ONE DIED. Yes, you've read that correctly. This is no joke. None of the students at my school were involved. They were all outside guests. It's so sad because of the essence of the incident, and on top of that all of the inner-city kids are recieving subliminal critizations. Well it isn't evident, but that's what I feel. I go to school in one of the richest suburbian towns in Massachusetts. A lot of students, including myself are from inner-city Boston. I bet a lot of people in the school think ever since it became open to boys for the 2007-2008 year, it went downhill, and they may think that's mostly because of the "hood culture" brought by the inner-city kids. Hell that's what I feel. If it were all suburban kids that went to this school, I think things would have been different. The same thing could have happened, but the chances of it happening? Be realistic... there's a reason why the crimes rates between inner-city and surburban areas are so different. The a reason why the same house in the two different areas are priced differently. I just I wanna be one to say inner-city kids aren't the same, but this is a disadvantage you have to accept early on in life. Some inner-city kids live up to the sterotype. My school hasn't been the same since the incident and I hate it. I wasn't even supposed to go off on this subject. SMH
Anyway... lol. I've been really busy with school. I've been in an academic slump. I feel bad for slacking off. I'm slowly gaining speed, but I've never gone at speed this slow my whole college career, and it happens senior year. wow. Pray for me. Just been busy. Later...
